Fits dance into her workouts. She spent a year and a half dancing on tour with Beyonce, so naturally Morris' go-to workout involves busting a move. "I take Piloxing" the 5'8" stunner, 24, tells Us of her favorite hourlong classes. Explains Vivica Jensen, who runs the V Pilates Studio in L.A.'s Toluca Lake that Morris visits, "It's 45 minutes of Pilates, boxing, and dancing, then 10 minutes of target work on the butt, thighs, and abs. Since it's choreographed fitness with dance elements, Heather feels right at home."
Loving the burn. And though Morris sitll makes time for jazz, funk, and hip-hop dance classes, it's her thrice-weekly Piloxing that keeps her on her toes. "There's not one stop, so it's intense calorie-burning - up to 900 per class," says Jensen. "The last time Heather was here, she told her friend, 'See I told you this is the best workout. It kicks my butt!'"
