Will Gwyneth Paltrow become a 'Glee' regular?

Gwyneth Paltrow, who was honored last night with Meryl Streep at the Good Housekeeping Shine On awards in New York, loves being on Glee.

She will put in her third appearance as substitute teacher Holly Holiday and will sing Adele's new Turning Tables song on next week's episode. Is there any chance she might become a series regular?

"I don't know, to be honest," she told USA TODAY's Arienne Thompson on Tuesday. "I'm sure I'll go back on at some point, but we haven't really talked about what that would be. I'm very open to anything, but I couldn't be a regular. I live in London. Hopefully, I'll pop in and out. It's amazing; it's my favorite job I've ever had. I love the people so much. I've become really good friends with a couple of the people on the show, and it's just great. If you're an actor who can sing, it's such a dream. When I do it, I feel so lucky to be on it. It's such a happy show and it just puts me in a good mood. I would love to keep going and doing it, but we'll see."

Meanwhile, if you think Paltrow comes by that slim bod easily, here's what she has to say: "The reason that I can be 38 and have two kids and wear a bikini is because I work my (expletive) ass off. It's not an accident. It's not luck, it's not fairy dust, it's not good genes. It's killing myself for an hour and a half five days a week, but what I get out of it is relative to what I put into it. That's what I try to do in all areas of my life."
