Darren Criss Expected to Miss an Episode and a Half of Glee To Make his Broadway DebutSunday, November 27, 2011
Darren Criss will replace Daniel Radcliffe in the Broadway musical How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Criss, who is best known for playing out-and-proud Blaine Anderson on the Fox musical-comedy Glee, will play corporate ladder-climbing J. Pierrepont Finch during a three-week stint after Radcliffe exits the role in January.
Criss is expected to miss an episode and a half of season three of Glee to make his Broadway debut.
“That would be really cool,” Criss told TV Guide before the role had been confirmed. “That's certainly a wonderful role and a great show, and it would certainly be exciting to be a part of it.”
