Glee’s triumphant return to TV with Season 3, Episode 15: "Big Brother" is just two short weeks away, and we’re already on the edge of our seats waiting to find out what happens next.
Luckily, Wetpaint Entertainment recently caught up with Damian McGinty, and the charming Irishman gave us plenty of teases for what to expect through the end of Season 3... and beyond.
Wetpaint Entertainment: Last time we saw Quinn, she was just blindsided by a truck. Can you tell us whether or not she survives?
Damian McGinty: What I will say is that it will remind people how lucky they are for what they have in everyday life and not to take things for granted. It’s a really powerful episode.
Wetpaint Entertainment: Many of the original Glee kids will be graduating at the end of the season. How is that going to change everything?
Damian: I was literally talking to Ryan [Murphy] like 15 minutes ago. Season 4 – it’s like a new show. It’s a whole new Glee world and it’s exciting for us. It’s going to be exciting for the audience. There’s going to be a few shocks I think. It’s all about will Rachel [Lea Michele] and Kurt [Chris Colfer] make it to New York? What’s going to happen with Finn [Cory Monteith]? Are they gonna get married?
There’s a lot of answers. A lot of questions and a lot of answers.
What about Rory and Sugar (Vanessa Lengies): Are they still going to be an item?
Well it’s interesting because my whole being deported story has to be told so that’s gonna happen and we’ll find out if I’m back next year or not. I’m keeping my fingers crossed but we’ll see what happens.
You still haven’t been officially confirmed for Season 4 yet: Are you having a meeting with the producers soon to determine your fate?
Yes we are. All of us are. I think only – so far from what we’ve heard, only 3 people are confirmed to come back next year so it’s weird. It’s strange. It’s very much in limbo but you know, that’ show business you have to go with it. Hope for the best. That’s all you can do.
